The Vichy Pureté Thermal Eye Make-up Remover for waterproof make-up has two highly effective active ingredients which prevent broken eyelashes and provide lasting care for the lashes. Arginine stimulates the supply of nutrients to the hair root and ensures thicker eyelashes. Taurine protects the hair follicles from external influences that slow down growth.

The product contains 2 phases. The oily phase removes the waterproof make-up, while the aqueous phase gives the skin softness and freshness.

Application
