Holle Organic Follow-on Milk 3 is made exclusively from high quality Demeter milk. The organic vegetable oils it contains provide important fatty acids (such as omega 3), vitamins and minerals that the baby needs. It thus meets the baby's increasing nutritional needs.
It is suitable from the 10th month until the end of the 3rd year of life. However, Holle Organic Follow-on Milk 4 is recommended from the 12th month.
The DHA-containing follow-on milk is suitable for use after Holle organic follow-on milks or instead of any other follow-on milk. It should be used as part of a mixed diet of bottled and porridge meals.

Demeter farmers take into account the species-specific characteristics of plants and animals. They consistently avoid the painful dehorning of cows grazing on biodynamically maintained meadows. This leaves the fodder unpolluted and thus ensures a high quality of milk in the Holle milk feeds.

According to the WHO, breastfeeding is the best nutrition for babies, so it is recommended to breastfeed for the first 6 months. After that, continued breastfeeding, but together with a balanced diet appropriate to the baby's age.

If supplementary feeding is required or the baby is no longer being breastfed, information should be obtained from health care professionals (paediatrician, maternal adviser, midwife).
